Evermore Resort (formerly Grand Cypress Resort) Restrictions & Fees

Please note, Evermore is a completely non-smoking facility. Smoking & Vaping is not allowed inside or outside this facility. Guests who smoke inside resort accommodations will be charged a cleaning & deodorizing fee. The cleaning and deodorizing fee is currently $1000.00 and will be applied to the guests folio should this policy be violated. The cleaning & deodorizing fee is subject to change. Smoking and vaping is allowed in a limited number of outdoor designated smoking areas as indicated by signage throughout the Resort — 8/30/2023 - 12/31/2029

Please note, Elevators are ONLY available in the 5 Story Building units. — 10/11/2023 - 12/31/2029

Please note: Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee and Resort fee of $480 per 4 bedroom flat per stay will be added to your reservation upon booking and includes Resort includes -Daily valet trash pick-up -24-hour gated security -Fitness center and Peloton spin studio access -On-water activities including kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets, waterslide and the blue hole rope swing –“Make Yourself at Home kit” which includes Beekman shower amenities (shampoo, body wash and conditioner) Beekman Hand Soaps and lotion in every bathroom -Dish soap and sponge -Toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom) -Unlimited trash bags -Roll of paper towels -Dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent.
